A development site package for an institutional audience, designed to support the marketing of a new net lease project with a full MSA overview and interactive presentation format. The package had to work as both a navigational tool and a market narrative - establishing the deal's context before a single number was presented. Every element was built to hold the caliber of the opportunity it represented.

Branding & Plug-and-Play Framework

Built the branding system and created a reusable, plug-and-play template structure so the package could serve as a repeatable format for future deals of similar scope. The framework was designed for reuse from the outset, not a one-off build.

MSA Overview & Market Research

Gathered and synthesized data on the MSA to build a substantive market context section, ensuring investors had the geographic and economic grounding the asset demanded.

Map Build & Radius Markers

Created the market overview maps and placed radius markers onto a secondary map set, translating raw location data into a visual reference for trade area context and site positioning.

Interactive PDF Navigation

Implemented the interactive functionality of the PDF, including navigation animations, giving the document the feel of a polished presentation rather than a static file.
