The JLL Affordable Housing Capital Markets team had a landmark year, closing billions across investment sales, debt, and equity placement transactions nationally. A year-end recap post for a national team of that caliber has to do more than announce a number: it has to land with clients as a genuine expression of gratitude, with the industry as a market signal, and with prospective partners as a credential. Too promotional and it reads as a brag. Too understated and the numbers don't register. Getting the tone, timing, and content right was the whole assignment.

Year-End Data Gathering & Verification

Gathered and confirmed the team's full-year performance figures, coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy before any public-facing post went live.

Graphic Design & Copy

Designed the post and wrote accompanying copy to strike the right balance between celebrating the team's performance and genuinely thanking the clients whose business made the year possible, leading with gratitude before leading with numbers.

Strategic Timing & Publication Coordination

Worked directly with the lead broker to identify the optimal publish window, timing the post to maximize engagement from the client base at year-end, when attention and goodwill are both highest.
