Women's Health Week

Women's Health Week is a national recognition moment that most organizations acknowledge with a single graphic and move on. For the AOII Atlanta Alumnae chapter, it became a week of real programming - fitness classes, group walks, and educational seminars - built to give members something to actually participate in rather than just see in their feed. That required both a content campaign and event coordination to happen at the same time, with social assets that drove awareness and attendance rather than just marking the occasion

Social Content Series Design

Created a templated social post series for Women's Health Week, designing a consistent visual format that could carry different health topics and event announcements across the week without each post feeling like a one-off.

Programming Coordination

Coordinated the on-the-ground programming that made the week substantive, organizing fitness classes, group walks, and health education seminars that gave chapter members active ways to participate beyond scrolling past a graphic.

Campaign-to-Event Funnel

Aligned the social content calendar with the programming schedule, using each post to drive awareness and attendance for specific events throughout the week, turning a social campaign into a genuine engagement driver for the chapter.
