Cross-Platform Data Aggregation

Gathered and reconciled marketing metrics from NLG's proprietary CRM/Constant Contact platform, Crexi, and Costar into one report each cycle. Pulled impressions, page views, open rates, OM downloads, and confidentiality agreement activity from three separate systems into a single source of truth.

Marketing Performance Layout

Designed the report's visual structure to present platform-specific metrics in clearly labeled sections so clients could see performance across each channel without decoding raw exports. The layout made three disconnected data sources read as one coherent story.

E-Blast Coordination & Timing

Managed the biweekly send cadence, compiling the send-ready marketing update on schedule each cycle. Ensured the metrics captured in each report reflected the most current data available at the time of distribution.
