Designed the offering memorandum template for this deal from the ground up, establishing a new visual and structural standard. NLG subsequently adopted it as the firm's default template for future transactions.

Designed a new sale comparables table format for the BOV phase of the deal, built here for the first time. The layout was later adopted as a reusable standard for future BOVs firm-wide.

Built the Birmingham market overview map and 5-mile trade area map, annotating nearby employers and industrial occupiers, and gathered population, household, and employment data to build the workforce narrative supporting the headquarters' strategic value to its tenant. Together, the map and research gave buyers both a visual and data-backed read on the asset's position in the Birmingham market.

Researched and wrote the ibml company profile, including ownership structure and operating history, and designed an illustrated company history timeline from founding through current operations. The profile was synthesized from primary research into a document sized for institutional review, not a press release.

Carried the deal from initial BOV through final OM delivery, ensuring continuity of positioning, data, and narrative across both documents.

Also updated and standardized team bios across the deck for consistent tone and formatting.
